Here I am publishing the POC on Test management tool.
First question that always comes to stake holders
Why we need Test management tool ?
.Tech company teams are always be dynamic ,techies exist and new joiner is regular routine. There is high risk to lost the content of features which is tested or testing on going.
maintaining google sheet as test execution report isn't first hand report.
google sheet is not up to the standard to maintain the test cases.
organisation focus is on test automation, so meantime we shall maintain a track of test results according to release.
Enhancement deployment, hot fix or patch for prod issue, in each cases we have to maintain and create milestones, these milestone will capture the result from test automation.

Test Cases -section
TestRail supports flexible, lightweight test management.
Test cases are organised into test suite
A test suite is created at Project modules or functionality.
Maintenance of test cases depends on size of the project.
Ideally a test suite consists of about 100 test cases.
it’s recommended to break down test suites at functionality level rather than module level, in case of many test cases for a project module.
2. Add test case
Adding test case description, pre-requisites, list of test steps and the expected result.
The test case confirms a specific functionality, documents a task, verifies a project artifact, and can be verified by a tester
Add table
add image
4. Test plan allows to execute multiple test runs either many test suites or validation test against multiple configurations
5. Reports TestRail supports number of reports in different groups
test cases design
defect report
test run result
summary report
6. Import/Export Test Cases
Note :
This is paid tool, but it is worth it .
